Wrong balance deduction & Poor customer services

This is regarding balance deduction of my cell no. i.e. 9818602627, i am calling customer care since 4 time my balance getting deduct from my main balance automatically, but i m having a message plan active in my same number and my Local & STD messages are totally free because of this my main balance going to deduct when i m using my messaging plan but customer care representative tell that problem will resolve in 4 working days and u will get money back too. i never seen such poor services. Really now i understood i am using a bad or poor services which will take long long time.

And in the morning the Lady (Harmeet-Customer care executive) told me that we are unable to resolve your problem and the way of talking is very poor.i m using this number from last 3yrs & now i m very unhappy with Airtel Services
