Disconnect of numbe

Respected Sir,

I opted for Mobile Number Portability of my number 99149-25025 from idea to airtel on 23/02. I have submitted the same proof which is with my previous operator. I received an SMS on my idea sim that my number will be ported to airtel on the midnight of 28/02. On 04/03, my airtel sim started working, but in the evening, the network went away. When i contacted airtel customer care, they responded that my number is permanently disconnected without assigning me any reason. My this number was working for the last 4 years due to which i am facing lot of problems. So, Its my humble request to look into the matter.
