Money getting deducted from my pre-paid account for unknown reasons

I recharged my prepaid Airtel account for Rs. 50 on 27th feb, and i immediately got a message that account has been recharged. But for some unknown reason Rs. 30 was cut from my prepaid account. I have not taken any paid services like hello tunes, caller tunes etc. This is not the first time such an incident is happening. Please help me by giving the appropriate place to complain. No customer care executive comes to line when i try to call. The call gets cut after some pre-recorded voice leads me to some other call.
