This is regarding my issue unable to receive some of incomming calls
sometimes the caller is receiving message either the number does not
exit or the number is not reachable, m facing this issue since last
month or may b more than that once one of my friend complained me that
he was not able to call me at that time i came to know that their was
some issue immediately I logged a complaint regarding the same at
Airtel customer care at 198, they told me that they will escalate the
issue to the concern Dept & will get back to me, after I got a call
from Airtel saying that just switch off & switch on my handset they
have reset my network settings, & will now get all the calls without
any issues.
after 2 days the same issue I faced i again called customer care &
launched the complaint now the representative told me that their might
b some problem with ur handset or with ur sim check changing ur
handset & go to the Airtel outlet & get ur sim checked, firstly i
changed my handset but the issue was still their so I decided to go to
Airtel outlet yesterday 3rd March evening around 7 pm I went to
T-nagar Chennai Airtel Outlet, they guided me to the Postpaid
representative, I told him m facing the issue about incoming calls he
told me call the customer care no they will assist u, i told him take
my complaint no u will get my complaint history as the representatine
told me the seme to do after visiting the outlet, after my request of
3-4 times he asked my cell no and started to search the same on his PC
& he replied that their is a TAT of 30 days to resolve ur complaint so
go from here Airtel will call u regarding the same & he was not
listening to me at all so I stepped out from the outlet & called the
Airtel customer care & told them what all happened the representative
told me we will take the complaint & mean while u go to some other
Airtel Outlet they will help u out, I told him i will not go to any
outlet again to get my self Insulted.
While I was getting the connection the representative came 2-3 times
to my home for getting me the connection & at the time of error no one
is helping me out.
So is this the way Airtel handels customer calls.
Even it is almost 3-4 days since i have send this mail to airtel but they have not a single time will to answer the complaint... i my bill is overdue for 1 day also 100 times they will call but not for the customer's help...
