Prepaid connection dealy in name transfe

I am having airtel mobile no. 9970859964. I had taken this no. 4 years back on my name. but 6 months ago i got call from airtel customer care for verification, at that time they said that this no. is on my name. i told them that i took this no. on my name so they said me to submit my documents. and i did same. but again after 2 months i got same call for same concern this time i followed same procedure. Again i got call for same thing when this thing happen repetevely i ask airtel gallery in nasik that will this problem will be solved but i got very poor responce form them.

Finally i chage my no.

But having a dedicated customer of Airtel i took this decision becoz of poor responce from Airtel Gallery at Gangapur Road Nasik.

The person who was handling my complain was Mr. Prashant (9890648474).

Pl. take proper action otherwise Airtel will loose more and more customer.
