Airtel Customer care blocked (no concern for their customers)

Daily one rupee is been deducted from balance for no reason and i wanted to cancel it, to cancel it i talked to the customer care executive for around 4 times, but as no measure was taken from your side i tried calling them again after the stipulated time they have told me to wait. To my horror the calls to the customer care has been blocked even though my complaint was genuine. Airtel customer care is pathetic than the BSNL customer care and the people who sit there are taking the customers as granted, Thank god as MNP has been implemented we all have got a second chance. Pathetic pathetic pathetic, Oh and after 4 calls my complaint hasn't been sorted out yet.
