Miss charging of money

I never experienced this type of cheating exercise from MNC. I using Airtel for past 1 year, when i started after the first month the problem also starts. when i put top up for 50 after a few hour they take 30Rs from my balance. Then i complain to airtel CC after repeated reminder they refund my amount. it continuous for 3 times in 2010.

Again this trick starts this year when we unknowingly don't watch this deduction we have to loss.

Peoples who don't know about CC also get loss.
