Activation of Scheme with any our approval and deduction of money against the activation of schemes

I purchased two Numbers from Airtel for my personal use, I recharged my Numbers with 150 Rs. out of two numbers i never used One number and after some time i saw that That perticular Number have one 1 Rs. balance. Airtel activate some scheme on that number with taking my approval in respect of that scheme, on my another nuber Airtel every month activate some scheme and deducted some money, Air tel must stop this type of activities and refund the all money to the consumers.
