Non Receipt of Recharge Amount

I had recharge my mobile no. 9717950805 for Rs. 50 Through credit Card on dt. 28/02but I have not received recharge amount till date. when I talk to my credit card service provider then he said that your payment has been debited in my account of Rs. 50/- any ref. no. is 696083. and when I talk to airtel for this recharge amount then I had not received any positive response till date.

Scondly I had activated DND with above number and I received a message from customer care that your DND has been activited from 1st March, but still I am receiving all messages and phone calls.

So, Please look into the both matter as early as possible.
