Ates r same although I have got activated sms recived from compony

My number is 9829012120

I have got a call from Airtel as have applied for port as I m getting lower call rate from Airtel so I have decided to go in Aircel,

But customer cair person tell me that Airtel will also give u that same call rate ie.

1pasa/2 sec

And it is active on 18 feb

But still not active

On 8 march I have got a sms from Airtel

That u r special offer is bald now. All local call r Are 1 p /2 sec, this offer is free foe one month and there after 1 rs will be charger daily

But after 4 days I m being charge as it was before, i tried to call coustmer cair but my number is bared

What to do plz help
