Unable to make isd call

I have a Airtel prepaid no. 9871286863 and I am unable to make ISD call from last one week whenever i tried it showing me Invalid Phone Number. I was trying to call from my mobile to customer care it also not connected then i was try with another no. then customer case executive didn't understand my problem and dissconect my call couple of times. And i need to call daily to USA .So please try to resolve my query. I already check with another phone.
