Alance deduction

Dear Sir/Madam,

my name is rajnish verma and I am using an airtel no: 9872416465. My balance got deducted of rs 45 and I submit a complaint on 4-03. One of their employee Manish told me that i'll get my balance before 7 march.but i did not get any response. Then again I made complaint and had talk with sanjay on 10th of march. He ensured me They will credit my account before 11 th of march evening and will provide me full detail that why balance was deducted. But again all that went in wain and last time on 11th march evening when i called to know the reason they disconnect my call after putting me on hold. So till now I got no reason why all that happened and moreover their service is extremely poor for their customers. It's not just about Rs 45 but at-least I should have the right to know what is happening with my assets. I'll be highly obliged if you could look into the matter.
