Service not being activated despite charging

I have subscribed for your 2gb internet plan for 98rs. But my despite that my balance is being deducted and from airtel live plan. As instructed i have only mobile office settings on my phone. But still as of today I i cannot access the plan subscribed and banlance gets deducted. i had registered a complaint and in the call center guy told me that amount would be reverted.(CBDCC30313006742). Despite that no reversal or info on it . plus your chargeable call center guys have no adequate response on it.
