Plan cheating, balance deduction

My airtel mobile number is 9894388942.

1. I applied for MNP from Airtel to other network. Airtel officer called me and offered me a plan of Airtel to Airtel 10paise, Airtel to other mobile 30paise, monthly 6000msg free without any rentals.so i accepted their request and stayed in Airtel.yet Airtel haven't activated the plan which they told to me.i made many complaints wit them.but they dint solve my problem.

2. Airtel s deducting 2rupees daily from by balance in the name of picture alerts which was not subscribed by me.i can't unsubscribe it.

3.nowadays Airtel s not giving me the connection to their customer care officers to tel my complaint.i am unable to talk to them also.

I'm vexed of Airtel's torture.i hope I'll get a solution through this complaint..else I have to do further complaint to concern officials.
