Incoming call not working

Sir,

As all we know that airtel telecom service is best in the telecom industry. so i have change my reliance mobile number to airtel but now i am facing the problem related to incoming calls i have facing loss related to my business because most of my work is done through mobile phones. Please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i have to change my no. again to some other network.
