Wrong Deduction

My number is 9724318715.

Airtel is the most cheater company in India;

Everyone should change it using MNP.

As i have been wrongly charged with a phone call; this has happened several times.

Also this company has a special cheating policy;

After deducting wrong balance; it will block customers calling for 198.

According to me everyone should leave Airtel using MNP; I will also do the same afdter finishing my balance which they have wrongly deducted.

I recharged my mobile with 50 Rupees on 13 March so company automatically started some nonsense NEWS PACK.

Which never give any news.

Even I have never permitted to Airtel to start any such package; still they have activated because they are like a weird shopkeeper.

They dont think what the customer want or he doesnt want; no matters because Airtel wants to give such garbage so activate the pack without customer's permission in writing & deduct some balance & also block his number for 198 so customer can not even complain for the same.

this is the policy of Airtel.

give me my money back & stop such nonsense & meaning-less packs.
