Unauthorized VAS activation (Mob. No. 9896136628)

Sir,

I'm using airtel Prepaid No. 9896136628 for the last 3-4 years. I'm facing the problem of unauthorized VAS activation like MukhWak Pack etc. and this is the second time I'm encountering it. I'm not aware how much money has been deducted from my account till time because these activations are happening without permission and balance gets deducted automatically.

I currently possess 5 Airtel numbers but I'm sorry to say that other than MNP there is nothing left now.

For your information "Mukhwak/mukhawa Pack - 53030", "Jobs - Verse" is active on my number without my authorization and some amount of money is getting deducted from my account on daily basis.

I'm raising this complaint because your customer care has no answer except to say Deactivate and after some days automatically activate these VAS again without permission.
