Neither rejecting nor processing

1ST march i sent message for porting from my no. 9831092946... but airtel was not willing to give my UPC... after calling their customer care several times n they hunging up on me... atlast dey sent me UPC...

Then on 6th march i went to docomo shop at south city mall and submitted my documents to them along with the UPC. I filled up the form myself and there was nothing wrong in it. They said that it would take maximum of 7 days to complete.

2 days back i received a call from an executive of airtel, he said that as the sim card in on my sister's name and i have applied with my OWN documents its not getting processed. And told me to re apply.

i tried to generate UPC gain but its showing the old one as airtel has not rejected my old porting request.i am in middle of it and feeling trapped.
