Customer care and sms pack

Airtel doesnt provides good services doent give any notification of anything and above all whenever i try to contact customer care the computer operater gives insturctions and disconnects the phone.i am fed up from airtel its the worst operator i regret i switched on to airtel before that i never had any problem.and secondly the trai rule is really horrible.it has more disadvantages than advantages especially for students, how can 100 sms is enough for 1day? those who dnt have balance are dependant on sms pack and this rule is being a big problem.plz stop this rule noone is in favour of it.rather put restictions on marketers advertisements only.atleast 300 sms are needed per day. plz listen to my complaint. thank you.
