No is transfer to other without intimation

I am having mobile no 9898194590 since year 2005. last few days i was not operated this mobile card. again when i had credited Rs.50/- on outlet of airtel in same card, but it was not working, after checking of the same it was informed me that this no is transfer to some one else. Now this is really very socking to me. I am using this card since last 5 years. and now without any intimation company has alloted this no to some one else and i have lost Rs.50/- what to do now?
