Can't connect customercare

Sir,

i am 6 years old using airtel network, past 1 month, so many problems my mobile number, so that

every day i complained airtel customer care, ..customer executive said to me your problem a specefic date have been solved.some days go... my number complains not solved... I think airtel customercare is really cheating customer care..past 2 week i can't acces my number to customer care... what can i do?
