Illegal charges

This is very unfortunate that a company as big as bharti airtel are indulging in to a unfair trade practice and grab money from their customers through illegal means... i mean this is very shocking... it really gives a bad impressions about the business of the company by the means they carry it... the valuable customers are looted out like any thing... and the deductions made for the schemes which one has never subscribed... time and again i have requested the concerned persons (the customer care executives) that i don't use the services other than for telephonic purposes, but even then i receive messages of illegal deductions from my balance...
