Automatic subscription of service and balance deduction

Automatically a service BOLLYSPICE has been subscribed on my number, and rupees 10 was deducted. When i tried at that time to contact with customer care executive of airtel then they were not in reach. How airtel can do this??? I want that some action should take place against them so that i can get my money back. Later on a message came to unsubscribe the service and it was written that if you didn't unsubscribe it will be reactivated. So i unsubscribed a service which was not subscribed by me. Please take some action.
