Unauthorised deduction in balance

I, Govind Rampure using Airtel prepaid no 9960367315 from last five years.

On 21/03 I have a SMS

"you have been renewed for TIPSBY YURAAJSINGSUBSCRIPTION SERVICE"

and duducted INR10, tho I have called to custermer care on 14/03 to deactivate it and they send me SMS

"Kindly note, the other vas are deactivated from your number as per your request".

Such unauthorised ductions makes me unsatisfied towards the Airtel Service.

Concered person, Please have a look in this matter.
