Long time for activation

I had buy an airtel prepaid sim on dated 07.03.2011 the sim is activated on the same day evening, after 3-4 days the same is deactivate no incoming or outgoing facility then I have taltk to nearest alritel out they said your ID proof is not submited the I have resubmited the same on dated 18.03.11 but till time the sim is not activated.
