Port out rejection

Dear Sir

I tried to portout from Airtel to Idea with mobile no 9960590680 three times but every time rejected with out telling reasons. when ever i tried port out next day airtel called for reasons and after discussions comitted to forward the request but after that no respnse from Airtel
