CHANGING SCHEME WITHOUT LETING ME KNW

HI,

I had recharged my mobile wid 95Rs which gives me 500 sms per day.par later on 27 feb the service was disconnedted i called up the customer care nd they said me k due to sum tri rules nly 100sms per day will be applicable.now i m nt getting that 100 sms also .can i get to y is it so? nd wat r the other sms recharge which i can do.d worst thing is all ur website is still showing me that 95 scheme is still gng on .so r u ppl making fool of ppl by charging extra.???
