Off incomming and outgoing facilities

Hello,

I'm an airtel costomer. I requsted to port in my tata indicom no. (91912290054) to airtel in 2nd march. and No. converted on 7th march. But on 14th march incomming and outgoing facility disconnected while I submitted all document to "VR Technobuild Shop No 3 Jagat Fram Gama Ist 201301Noida".

They said to submit document agian on 15th march. but till now they couldn't connect my no. every day I go to airtel retail shop, call and mail to nodel and applate officer but they didn't responce. I already missed 2 interview called.

So please solve my problem as soon as possible
