Sir/Madam,

I am using airtel connection which number 9993867672, from my this no. airtel has incorrectly deducted balance from my cell phone with out my consent even thouh the do not disturb was activated.

this was done even after i spoke to the company's and told him to cancel all the value added services I request you please help.
