REFUSED MY OFFERS

Sir,

I'm Anvar from Kasargod (Kerala stste). About 18 days before I sent the request to my mobile network (Airtel) to change the port to Docomo and I got Unique Porting ID. Later one of the Airtel representative called me asked the reason for changing the network. I replied that high call charge. They asked me what the offer need to me to continue their network. I demanded some offers like 'less call charge', 'free sms', 'cheap rent hello tones' & 'refunding'. They agreed my demands and asked for maximum three days to active those demands. So I agreed them. On the third day I called the customer care and complined that I didn't get any offers that they allowed me. They asked me to wait another 3 days. However I didn't get any offers untill now. I continously called them to know my offers and the asked me to wait some more days. Last day I called the Nodal Oficer and their Head Officer. They told me that I would get only 'call charge offer' others are not applicable to me. And I was charged for that call about Rs.25. Now the last date of my porting ID is finished. What shall I do now?
