Network problem and no assurance by staff

I am Praveen Kumar, mobile no. 7895661675 made a complaint regarding network problem for the fourth time (complaint no. 30325245064), every time people of airtel talks of this and just says the work is on and we wish it will be not repeated again. But if ask them to tell me till when it will be okay, they say we cant tell this right now as we get the report of the repairing work, we will inform you. Same happened to me today, i made a complaint on 25th march and person named SURYA called me from customer care or technical support. I took this connection in July last year thinking of airtel reputation but it nullified yhe same. Now if nothing will be done i am surely going to change my network.
