Deduction of currency and without subcrabing cut the amount

My complaint is that without subcrabing AIRTEL PPL HAD CUT MY 20 RUPEES... this is 2nd time happen... and in custmer care also they r not giving connection to talk abt this... plz i want my currency back... my moblie no is 9902063609... its happ on 25/3 at 7.37pm... plz return my curency..
