Misbehaviour of executive

Respected sir

My self DHEERESH NAYAK, my mobile number is 9621582358. I would like to inform u that i faced a misbehaviour from a customer care executive.

sir i called to executive for having information about recharge at about 9:15 on 27-03 but except giving me information executive used abusing and vulger words against me and after that executive activated a hello tune "CONDOM LEKE AAJA".

on account of this ridiculous act a have to face lot of troble.

I am student and have to talk to my parents and teachers but due to this hello tune i am unable to put my phone in active mode.

Please sir take some necessary step to reslove my problem. i shall be highly obeliged to u.
