Losing balance

Hello sir my name is utsav and i am usinng airtel nbr- 9896203406 and the complain is - from last 2 days the company is charging me 20 rs. For downloding some stupid hooters nd thay r saying that i m using airtel live. Nd the good thing that i have nevr used it even today they send me msg at 5 a.m nd i complete my sleep at 8 p.m so how it is possible to use airtel live at 5.am. I dont like the way whn they say that we cant do any thing about this problem .if they cant thn tell me who will help me tata docomo or idea???

So dear sir i need solution dont u think that it is v.bad for ur airtel coustumers. Ur coustumer care's person cant help us then y they are there'???
