I continue to be appalled at how bad the airtel website is! I asked for a post paid mobile customer care number and the website could not be more bloody confusing! Why the fuck can't airtel have the help line numbers written on the first Home page of their website instead of stupid god damn pictures!
and then i call 121 and i told the guy i needed the customer care number of POST PAID AIRTEL and of course the great customer care people that Aitel hires! he gives me the pre paid number!
why the fuck is Airtel so bloody incompetant???
