Messages not reaching

Messages are not being sent... complaint has been lodged on friday when i was informed that it would be fixed in four hours, when they were called on saturday they said that they'd be able to fix it by the 29th.today they're saying that it can only be fixed by the 31st.they say that they are forwarding the call to the senior customer executive and keep me on hold till the line goes dead.
