Messages not being sent

Messages are not being sent.i was told on friday that it would start working in 4 hrs, when i called on saturday i was told that they would be able to send it by the 29th. today they have told me that they wont be able to fix it before the 31st.whenever i call to complain, they say that they are transferring the call to the senior customer care executive and keep me on hold till the line goes dead.this is just abominable.
