Abusive call

Hi. Dis complaint is regarding the mobile number 9971033052. I recieved a call from this number today morning (i.e. 30th march) and as soon as i picked up the call the person started talking rubbish. And i disconnected the call then he calld up again and again. So i request you guys to block the above mentioned number for the misuse of their mobile number and also their abusive behaviour. I know it might not be possible for you guys to reveal somebody's identity, but if possible i'd like you to tell me the nam of person. And if its nt possible, just block the number.

I'l be very thankful to you guys for your attention to my complaint.
