Sim Out of Service Without Prior Notice

Sir,

I, Priya Chaku, staying at Jodhpur, Rajasthan, had opted for mobile number portability for my number 919983969360 from vodafone to airtel a month ago which was done after a lot of complaining.

Today at around noon my sim got blocked without any information and I am unable to make or receive any calls or messages since then. People calling me receive an information saying that this number is out of service. The person from the airtel office said that my number has been rejected.

I would like to know the reason behind such inconvenience caused yet again and kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
