Frequent SMS unknown numbe

I have been receiving SMS from 918939762186 number for past 2 years. So many times i called to that number no one is picking up my call. I have make a complaint to Airtel, but no response. I gave a request to Do not disturb service on November but till date the service is not activated. Please help me
