MNP Denied

Sir, I have Air tel network but this network company no provide signals last 2 months and I many complaints already but no response so i decide the change of network company and apply to MNP on 18 march By TATA DOCOMO my Unique Porting ID is AW 343376. But Air tel network denied to MNP. So kindly pl. My mobile no. 9760094786 port to immediately TATA DOCOMO company.
