Deactivation of an unwanted service

Dear Sir,

My Number is 9933484098, Recently facing a problem in your

service that you are activating the chargeable services without our consent. It seems that, you have activated 5432101 yourself and charging Rs.1/day. please de-activate this facility with immediate effect, don't do such things in future to avoid goodwill damage.
