Do not disturb service

I have a mobile connection of airtel. I register my mobile no. under do not disturb service .my registration no is I1032310230.But inspite of registering my no. and after making complaint again and again I am still receving promotional messange from various users. What is the relevance of this service if no impact of registering under do no disturb service
