MY mobile number disconnected immediately

Dear sir, I am holding a mobile number of 9940222886 which is a life time card, which has been deactivated on april 2nd without any intimation, when i call to the customer care they said u have not used your number for 3month so we have deactivated, but i was using this number from a long time which is converted from post to prepaid recently, so i kindly request to to take necessary action.
