AIRTEL DEDUCTING BALANCE WITHOUT CUSTOMER NOTICE

Dear Concern person,

Please be careful airtel is always deducting some amount from your phone balance without your notice

if you are lucky to found that your amount has been deducted with no specific reason & if you call them for the reason behind this they are unable to explain, still if you have that much time to fight for you deducted balance they will return the amount, I know i am talking about a small amount but imagine there are millions of Airtel subscribers out of these if they are deducting 30 rupees every day from 1 lakh customers they will be earning 3000000 every day, is this not unethical earning, such a reputed brand like airtel is up to such kind of business is difficult digest

My humble request to the concern authorities to take strict action to stop such unethical earnings
