Deduction of balance

DEAR SIR

My Punjab number is 9815840419. My Rs.80-Rs.90 balance is automatically from my mobile. Everday i get mesage from airtel arti live that your service cannot be continue due to low balance. But i didnot activate any service. Customer care officer also said airtel arti live is not activated on your mobile. I store message of airtel arti live. Even that i didnot insert my sim card in my mobile when balance deducted. I live in Rajasthan, i go very less in punjab. So please help me by returning my balance.
