this is surender, i use 98rs gprs pack,

i renewed amount of 444 on 6th april, then for renewing my 98rs gprs pack i've

dialed *567#, it given message as i've been already activated this pack.

i got a message that i gprs pack will automatically renewed according to your balance.

on 7th morning my balance was 0.0rs (total lost 444rs 138rs)

then i called up customer care they said to deactivate internet by *567*2# then activate it.

but it has given option to NOP (net on phone) which by mistake, i've pressed costing me 99rs

total lost 444 138 99, refund my amount.
