Automatic service activation and balance deduction

Hello myself Vinay Goyal using airtel from last 5-6 months.

Airtel deduct balance unneccessary. few days ago it start deducting my balance. when i comlaint they said job service is activated where as i not receive any message regarding this.

then i stopped my service.

now i found my balance is also reducing when i called them they said video service is activated whereas i not received any message regading the activation of this service.

i myself not activated any service. I am 100% sure. they are cheating customers. those who not check are loosing there money at airtel.
