I have been using airtel mobile service, my mobile number is 9810445669. i have had poor network coverage at my home in south delhi. the problem is so acute that i cant recieve or make calls from my home and have to go outside on the road to make or recieve calls even then they get disconnected several times. i have raised this issue with the concerned company several times in the past but to no avail. i have posted a complaint on your forum too but there has been no response or redressal. rather it has been suggested to me that either my mobile set or sim card is faulty. there has been a daily sms that we tried contacting you but you r not available. the mental agony and frustation, i have developed, forces me to contemplate either changing the mobile service provider or my home address.
