I wanted to port my mobile phone services to idea from Airtel. Thus, I had applied for the same to idea office at Rajkot on 2nd April for my mobile number 9725781863. I was given idea sim card for the same and was informed that porting would take place in 8 days time. Today is 11th April and yet nothing has been done. As per the norms of TRAI this should take place within 8 days. But yet nothing is done. Please help me with this situation.
